In the heart of the Aegean Sea, on one of the Cyclades islands, where Aphrodite of Milos was born, two young people met and are now ready to welcome you and introduce you to a gastronomic “exploration” of tastes and emotions.
A journey to Milos, the island of romance and beauty, promises to offer you unique moments. Rest assured, on Milos island you are bound to find someone to fall in love with. If not, you will definitely fall in love with the island!

Το λιμάνι της Μήλου, ο Αδάμαντας. Μια τοποθεσία ιδιαίτερα ειδυλλιακή αλλά και εύκολα προσβάσιμη αφού πρόκειται για μια από τις «περατζάδες» του νησιού. Ένα βήμα και σχεδόν ακουμπάς τα καταγάλανα νερά του Αιγαίου, μια επίσκεψη στο χώρο μας, με τις γήινες αποχρώσεις να κυριαρχούν και το φιλόξενο προσωπικό μας έτοιμο να σας εξυπηρετήσει και πολύ γρήγορα θα αισθανθείτε την αιγαιοπελαγίτικη αύρα να σας κατακλύζει…

Η λέξη Νόστος σημαίνει επιστροφή στην πατρίδα, επαναπατρισμός. Από τη λέξη νόστος προέρχεται η λέξη νόστιμος αλλά και η λέξη νοσταλγία. Η φιλοσοφία μας είναι να αναδείξουμε την ελληνική κουζίνα όντας εμπνευσμένοι από την παράδοση και τα τοπικά προϊόντα, αλλά και από τις τελευταίες τάσεις της διεθνούς γαστρονομίας. Οι πρώτες μας ύλες έχουν άρωμα θάλασσας...και επικεντρώνονται στα θαλασσινά και στο φρέσκο ψάρι. Ψαράδες από το νησί μας προμηθεύουν καθημερινά με φρέσκα ψάρια και αστακούς. Η γαστρονομική εμπειρία ολοκληρώνεται συνδυάζοντας τη με κρασιά τα οποία αναδεικνύουν ακόμα περισσότερο τις δημιουργίες μας, κρασιά επιλεγμένα ένα προς ένα, λευκά, ροζέ, κόκκινα και αφρώδη από τοπικούς παραγωγούς και οινοποιεία από όλη την Ελλάδα.

The word “Nostos” means return to homeland, repatriation. The word nostos originated from the Greek word nostimos -which means tasty- and the word nostalgia. Our philosophy is to designate Greek cuisine being inspired from tradition and local products, but also from the latest trends in global gastronomy. Our products still have the scent of the ocean…seafood and fresh fish. Fishermen from the island supply us daily with fresh fish and lobsters. The gastronomic experience will be completed once you combine your meal with our wines that highlight even more our creations, wines chosen one by one, white, rose, red and sparkling from local producers and wineries from all of Greece.
